Unofficially Official Linking/Quoting License

Last updated 11/19/2021

This page is here to affirm that any written document on this website may be linked to, and may have any portions quoted or copied verbatim, within any context at no additional cost or permission to the parties involved, provided the purpose is archival, informative, educational, or otherwise not explicitly denied. This includes, but is not limited to, critique and quotations. Additionally, any visual content may also be linked to or copied, including visual website scans or image downloads, for the same types of purposes listed above and otherwise not explicitly denied.

The current uses NOT permitted, without express written and verifiable permission provided, are:

- Content forming the basis of a cryptocurrency or non-fungible token (NFTs)

- Content used to specifically promote a running or incumbent political figure

For any permitted use, ideally an attribution to the source will be provided alongside the duplicated portion, taking the form of a hyperlink or an author name, or another method of attribution not listed here. This is not mandatory, and attribution may be omitted per the parties' discretion, though it would be nice to receive credit for anything I've done. I'd also like to see that anything I've mentioned above that's not permitted doesn't happen. At the very least, anyone who actively defies this in the name of spite is a total ass, regardless of any resulting legal pursuit or lack thereof.

This is also a reminder to not let bureaucracy get in the way of everything that you do that's reasonable and fair use. Be vigilant and maintain your rights. Make sure to find the original source of information if you suspect anything may have been altered for bias.
